This video targets clergy, specifically, but this information is useful to any new creator, especially those looking to use the platform to educate, raise awareness, or support their organization's mission. This first clip is probably the MOST important!!!!
Lighting makes a BIG difference when it comes to how viral your videos become! But is a ring light worth it...? This video talks about TikTok specifically, but these tips are 100% applicable to Instagram and YouTube as well!
This video talks about TiKTok specifically, but the tips here absolutely apply to Instagram as well. Replace "progressive clergy" or "neurospicy" with your target audience!
A lot of creators struggle with what to post on Instagram and TikTok (especially for their first video or Reel). Let me help you spark some ideas! This video discusses TikTok specifically, but it's relevant to Instagram as well! I've followed this advice on Instagram and have reached over 1.2 million accounts this month alone!
This is one of THE best tips I can give you. Instagram has a reputation for being more polished, but my TikTok videos where I show vulnerability and are doing well on Instagram too (sometimes even better!).
Keeping your Reels and TikTok videos short is one way to boost views and create more viral content. A good script can help you get there! While I was away for 3 months, I didn't create a single video. And... my audience grew while I was away! Daily posting is fabulous when you're building an audience, but regular breaks are still essential to keep your creativity alive.
This video is specifically for clergy; however, these tips are easily translated to many other professions! Communication is key, along with educating your colleagues (and bosses) about how your social media presence is helping both you and your organization.
This video also targets clergy, specifically, but substitute "robe and stole" for any professional uniform, and this applies to you too!
This is a TikTok-specific video. I do NOT recommend using hashtags on Instagram if you want more views! Hashtags on TikTok can make a world of difference!
Some of the most popular videos on TikTok and Instagram use dialog! Learn more about how to use characters to reach your audience!
Do you struggle to memorize lines? Do you ramble when making videos? Writing a good script can help a lot, and so can a teleprompter! Using a teleprompter can keep your message tight while allowing you to maintain eye contact. Watch this video to learn the pros and cons of using a teleprompter.
Engaging with comments on your videos (and the videos of others) is a reliable way to grow your account. This video covers when and how to safely engage and how to interact with minors on social media platforms.
